My name is Nick Do****. I’ve had a situation today. I’m expressing anxiety, depression stress but then again hope knowing that on my side, everything is valid and I’m hoping that someone can help me and that others can stay away from this casino and the reason I say that is, I have played here before and had a similar experience where they did not wanna pay out well on Saturday night OK actually Friday night at five in the morning, which is Saturday the same day I had made a deposit and played. I went to sleep. I woke up on the way to the barbershop on my way i realized that I had a cashback so I said let me run it down since I don’t care about it and I know you can only take 10 times that 40% that they give you which is a waste of time for me so once I ran it down, I made a deposit and I start to play . I get lucky if thats what you would call it and I win about 300 and something 400 and something 300 and something and I said let me request a payout so I requested a payout and stayed with about $40 so I start playing that (keep in mind that I have a cashback that I haven’t used) yet for the current deposit I just made and won an requested the payout but I know you can’t request it because there’s a withdrawal pending so I start playing with the money. OK not caring about the cashback anyways because it was low and not worth asking for even thou i had wasted ghe 40 that stayed with and had a withdrawal pending so I start playing and I win another 400 later that night so now I requested two bitcoin payouts and I said you know what let me go ahead and cancel them both and put them together so that they would not be any confusion and i know that its risky and its a chance j would take and it can majically say it was 1 request one can disappear and they just send me one you know so when j put them together ithe amount was around 790 the payout that I had requested i stayed with about 20 - 40. Borwing from the payout I forgot how much exactly and I start playing it and I got it all the way down to where I was about 600 then 550 and 500 and I play win $400. Having a pay request of 500 left OK I won those 400 bucks. I’m back at 900. So I win the lobby jackpot OK so I go back to the cashier cancle and rquest with drawl of 900 at point im super excited and start playing a game that was at $10,000 the jackpot progressive OK and I win And I win like about $10,900 almost the jackpot winning so I’m happy I’m so happy I’m like yes you know I’m gonna write a review on this casino you guys are the best i know i had a feeling theyre were gonna give me some type of issue iv delt with the person rob before and he has always clearly goven me ahard time i also pretty sure if i can get old photo from my i cloud i can prove that the but I’m like HAPPY you know I’m like this is god. You its valid everything on my end because before i made that deposit i started to win i i knew i had to run that cash back down so ithat i can win maxout cashout an be able to with drawl 200k if i want. I know its fair. it’s a winning that was fair and square and I knew everything was good. I knew it wasn’t no cashback. To be honest with you cause these people are unethical un professional to say words these right I’m experiencing right now it’s not perception. It’s real you know they giving me a hard time. I haven’t spoken to any superiors yet. OK, but this is what I’m experiencing OK and I hope that you know someone along the chain of command, you know, could reach help and sort this out for the sake of honesty goodness and loyalty you know sort this out and you do the right thing which would be you know the ethical solution and pay me my winnings OK so therefore OK you know so I’m happy I request $4000 through bitcoin OK I request another $4000 through my bank wire transfer. I even called the bank I’m like look I got a winning coming in. You know my you backed up. Bills and get the bank info know I am over drafted in my bank so this is like a big victory you know thing from that happened i believe from being good to the world in the universe that God you know he shows you look you you know you do the right thing with always repay looking. Here’s a little something to show you. You know you get paid back and rewarded. That’s why I don’t llack honesty I do the right thing when no ones looking I always treat everyone fair

Hi, yes how are you sir? Basically, I won money and they’re saying that they don’t wanna pay me because I was using a cash back which I know not to use a cashback because when I first made a deposit, I ran down my first cashback, which was the same day OK in the the morning because I had deposited had a cashback 40%. I ran it down because you can only withdrawl 10 times the amount of the 40 percent so then i made sure to run it down so i can make a new deposit so that i can withdraw whatever amount and i would not have any issues i know the rules well so after that deposit of 10 i win $300 right away so I requested a payout which was like 300 and something I wana say 400. I requested 300. I stayed with some money to keep playing when I come back I see I won the lobby jackpot. I knew I still had a cashback because after 40 dollars stayed playing with ran out I could’ve requested to use it but you gotta ask them, to process it and they tell you that when there is a pending withdrawal you cant use the 40 percent cashback and u lose it because you have 24 hours to use it and basically takes 48 hours to process withdrawls also i didnt care for it cause you can only win 10 times your cashback and i had money still and could cancle the payout and request a new one i have been through this situation before and they say well, you gotta wait for the pending withdraw which I don’t care about anyways I don’t even play Those cashback is not worth it. You only allowed 10 times the amount to cash out so they’re basically lying and saying that I was using a cashback which I did not use that cashback, I know the rules well, I’ve been playing Casino for a long time online, sir. I would not make the mistake. 1- I made a straight deposit at 5 am -

when you make a straight deposit you only have to wager 1 time what you deposited and and you can request a maximum amount of your winnings (if you win) and you can request a 40% casback of that deposit wich you get a coupon that pops up (only) when your under a dollar ok when you click that coupon you can play that 40% of your deposit but you have to wager 40 times that amount and you can only withdraw 10 times that amount of your cash back


2- on my way to the barber i knew i still had that coupon of 40% cash back from the the deposit i had made at 5 am (the coupon that pops up when your balance is under a dollar) mind you when you request a with drawl the coupon will definitely (not ) pop up and you can try to ask for it but they say you only have 24 hours to claim it (if you try sometimes your cashier may give it to you or they will tell you you gotta wait till it pops up or simply tell you you cant use it (because of the withdrawal taking 24-48 hrs)

I'm struggling if I'm perfectly honest to understand this complaint reading top to bottom, so I've looked at the account this end and I think I see the players issue. If I'm correct, this boils down to the win while being under cashback terms and conditions.


If this is the case I do fully understand your position and why you feel upset and emotional in your writing. However, I can confirm that the winnings were generated from the cashback you received on August 24th. At this point, your balance was at $3.32.


Between the 24th and the 27th, the account balance grew directly from that cashback from the $3.22 through various cashout attempts at $349.48 > $720.87 > $680 > $600 > $550 > $500 before winning and gaining a significant balance of $9,883.46 on August 27th.


Again, this whole trail of wins, both small and big fall under the cashback that was issued on the 24th. There were no deposits inbetween the cashback and the win. Therefore the actions of the support team and the cashier team were correct. The max cashout was granted and paid, with a further lobby jackpot being left in your account ($38.07).


I am sorry that this has happened, and we understand the emotion that comes with this. However, the rules apply and the cashback max cashout of 10x applies to the cashback amount ($31).

  • Your last deposit was made on 8/24/2024 5:07:53 PM for $7.76. Just prior to this deposit you also made one at 8/24/2024 5:06:24 AM for $14,85.
  • Cashback was then claimed 8/24/2024 5:44:13 PM for $3.10. 37 minutes after last deposit.
  • No further deposits were made.
  • The win came directly from the cashback added.


I can also confirm there is nothing personal about this, I don't know you, I've had no prior dealings with you, it can't be personal, only factual.


Terms and conditions are clear, the transaction history is clear and the event log has no glitches. It all marries up to what you have posted above with your deposit confirmations with times and amounts. So it comes to when the cashback was claimed and this was after your last deposit. It's an unfortunate circumstance, however this is the order in which it occurred.

Following this, you indeed made deposits of $14.85 at 5:06:24 AM and $7.76 at 5:07:53 PM the same day. However, later that day, at 5:44:13 PM, you claimed another Cashback bonus worth $3.32. Since then, no further real money deposits have been made.

While playing with the funds from this second cashback bonus, you generated the winnings. Although you made several cashout attempts, these were all cancelled by you once your balance decreased. When the funds from the cancelled withdrawals were returned to your balance, you left a portion in your balance to play further and requested new withdrawals for lower amounts. This process was repeated several times, as mentioned by the casino team. Nevertheless, as these funds stemmed from the cashback bonus, the 10x max cashout limit associated with cashback bonuses still applies.
