The player from Australia had deposited ETH cryptocurrency into her casino account, but it had not been credited. She had contacted the casino, but her queries had been deferred to another department without further information. After communicating with the Complaints Team, it was revealed that her deposit had been just under the minimum required amount for cryptocurrency transactions. We had explained to the player that due to the higher transaction fees, volatility, and regulatory requirements of cryptocurrencies, casinos often set higher minimum deposits. Unfortunately, any deposit below the minimum limit was lost and non-refundable. As such, we had been unable to assist further and the complaint had been closed.

I did a deposit a week ago for eth crypto.

I have not received it and everytime I ask for an update they literally can not tell me a single thing apart from they have sent a reminder to the relevant department.
