The player from Australia deposited ETH cryptocurrency into her casino account a week ago but has not received it. Any attempts to get an update from the casino are deferred to the relevant department with no additional information.
I did a deposit a week ago for eth crypto.
I have not received it and everytime I ask for an update they literally can not tell me a single thing apart from they have sent a reminder to the relevant department.
