Unjustified complaint

REJECTED

Case summary

The player from California participated in a 250% deposit bonus with no mentioned playthrough requirements. After depositing $50 and receiving a $125 bonus, the player's total winnings reached $150. However, the casino only paid out $24. The player is confused about the taken bonus money. We concluded the reduction of winnings was made because the player played with a 'sticky' bonus and rejected the complaint as unjustified.

I did a 250% deposit bonus with no playthrough requirements.

The email states no playthrough cash out your winnings instantly with out no wagering requirements. I deposited $50 they gave me $125 bonus. Playthough was $175 after the playthrough I had $150. They only sent me $24. I have the email it says no play through bonus. But their was. And it says withdraw your winnings my winnings after my 175 play through was $150. It doesn't say anything in the email about deposit bonus being taken out of the winnings. And how out of the $150 left of the $175 playthrough I had to lose. Not the bonus money they gave me.

Dear matthouston5978,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with Slots of Vegas Casino.

I checked your description of events and I believe the bonus you redeemed was 'non-cashable' or 'sticky' which are ubiquitous in the North American market.

file

according to the terms and conditions of the casino https://www.slotsofvegas.com/terms.php

"All Deposit Bonuses: Standard Wagering Requirements
(...)
12.Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account."

By removing $125 from the withdrawable amount the casino is simply following its terms and conditions.

Please let me know if there is anything else I might help you with, otherwise, I'll close the complaint.

Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Best regards,

Tomas

How can the $124 be a sticky bonus if I had to play through $175. $125 would be there bonus they added. It's a dam scam says no play through on the email their was. Then you do their playthrough requirements which your playing through their money they added not your money. Then they take their bonus back as well and you leave with less then you came with. Every time I tried to talk to their support they had 10 to 30 people in que waiting. They lost a lot of customers. Please let people know about slotsofvegas.com that they are deceiving and untrustworthy. Thank you.

The playthrough amount and the fact the bonus is sticky are unrelated. It all depends on the bonus amount that is matched to your deposit, in this case, 125 USD, which was also deducted in this situation. Every time you make a withdrawal of winnings from a sticky bonus, the amount that will be deduced will be the initial amount the casino contributed to your balance for you to play with.

I am sorry but the practice in itself isn't something that we would consider unfair.

Please understand casinos will always make an effort their bonuses appear as attractive as possible, the downside of taking bonuses may be a cap on winnings, rules about a maximum bet, or similar restrictions.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
