I had the opportunity to review the account and unfortunately the win in question was the result of the 43rd consecutive free chip without history of deposit. The terms and conditions of the casino and the free chips themselves state that only one free bonus is allowed between cash deposit/play sessions, in this situation the maximum cashout value of $100 for the free bonus in play at the time of the win is not eligible for withdrawal.


Supporting documentation has been forwarded to the casino.guru team for review.
