The player from United States has been accused of breaching bonus terms by placing bets greater than the allowed ones. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have been playing on this site for some time now with no problems until last week , I did a deposit and received a bonus which I played Thur like it said and I have done many times before, I hit a couple of small jackpots and now have alittle over $3000 in my account, so I did a withdrawal for $3000 and was told No withdrawal because I was playing $5-12.50 slots?? Yes I play that amount each pull and never heard that voids your winning ??? So that said no withdrawal and took the money from my account, Beware this casino is a big ripoff !!!! There are better casinos everywhere and if in U.S. play local , do not trust these guys with your money !!!!
Dear Paul,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue and understand your frustration. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website, and this is what I found (here):
„In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus including cashback offers (10 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise). Betting above $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in any promotion winnings voided."
We would like to see casinos implementing systems that would prevent players from placing higher than allowed bets, but, unfortunately, this is not a standard practice yet.
Please do not hesitate to forward your game history in Excel format to petronela.k@casino.guru if you feel that you’ve been accused mistakenly.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
