A player from the UK used the welcome offer to receive extra cash to play with. She climbed her balance up to $11,805 but her wagering was not fulfilled when all of a sudden the casino froze her account. After she contacted them, she found out that they picked her account for periodic business risk assessment and her account won't be recovered. She was allowed to login and deposit her real money - $250, but all her bonus balance was voided. The casino did not reply nor provided any further information about the case and it remains unresolved. Update Oct15 2020: The casino explained that due to a business decision the player's account was not reopened and therefore she was not allowed to complete the bonus wagering. They remained firm in theiir decision not to reinstate the player's account. Since the player didn't react to this message the complaint was closed as resolved.
A player from Sweden complained about the casino delaying his verification. In the meantime, his account was restricted and he was unable to play or to withdraw the funds. He had provided all the requested documents but it had been a month since the casino was last in communication with him.
