I initiated a withdrawal from this casino in two increments. One for $300 and one for $2200 via BITCOIN on sept 10th 2021. The casino has already given a previous payout in the last year or so to me in which they made me go through hoops to get. Once I finally provided a bunch of sensitive information I didn’t want to provide (other sites do not require this) I was able to withdraw my winnings. This time around ignorantly thinking my account is verified and I will receive my funds within the two weeks if I do win I made a deposit and played and ended up winning. It’s been since sept 10th and not a word from them. The online portal is the same old joke saying they will process it right away and I should receive my money?? No emails, no messages, and OBVIOUSLY no withdrawal. Don’t use this place. They will quickly take your money but refuse to give you your winnings. Take money elsewhere.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payments are still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.
