The player from Poland has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet. After our intervention, we were able to help the player to get their winnings. The player confirmed they received the funds in the end. The Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully

waiting for withdraw since yesterday but this is not problem 🙂 i asked on chat how long take withdraw aproval and get specific scam answer 🙂

From what i know it never take faster but it can take longer even 180days 🙂 so company use abuse rules against users if you want withdraw money 🙂 it can happen to any users 🙂 If company have abuse rules = not worth to deposit money becasue as you see it can happen to anybody 🙂 It is only becasue they dont want to pay 🙂

No casino with european license have this kind rules and only some curacao casino have this kind rules. Beaware from rox casino, you withdraw can be delayed to 180 days becasue they want to delays withdraw 🙂 i know this is not 30days but... i want to start right now from today and i asume that i will back with this complain again for 2 weeks becasue they will not aprov withdraw becasue of abuse rules 🙂

Yes i know how it works and i know about 14 days 🙂 this is not my first complain 🙂 mine reasone is abuse rules used by Rox casino 🙂 I want to show people what can happen and how its look 🙂 Not every rules that user accept are fair play... and this is one of them 🙂 as i wrote early i have no problem to go back within 14 (now is 13 🙂 ) days and update complain 🙂

Casino Guru why you gave perfect reputation to casino that use abuse rules against players? 🙂 I am cooperet with Amnesty international in Poland and inform them about this kind of rules used against people 🙂 And i know how "works" this 🙂 abuse rules are forbinden becasue casino can do players anything 🙂 good for me that i have print screened all casino history 🙂 and all people should do this same for they own good 🙂 i will back in next week with more info 😉 have good day 😉

after 13 days nothing change... whan ask on chat why my withdar is still pending answer this same... aditional verification can take 31 days... and what now casino guru? after 31 days 2 answers are most propable as i know... extra verification 180 days or... all win canceled... why this casino with abuse rules that are used against users (it can hapened to anybody...) have perfect reputation? 🙂 money>human 🙂 on black list is casino that not pay to casino guru afilant 🙂 casino that not pay to users have perfect reputation 🙂

no, nothing change with... casino with perfect reputation given by casino guru did not accept my withdraw and still this same answer... withdraw under additional verification that can take 31 days... and if you wont a bet we can bet that this will take no less then 31 days...

I'm Michal and I have taken over this complaint. I have reviewed this case and I would kindly ask you to understand, that before every withdrawal the casinos can undertake a gameplay check as well as KYC and AML check that in some cases can take even weeks. This is a standard procedure and although I can agree with you that the whole process can be done more quickly or more user-friendly, the casinos need to follow certain regulations and processes.

With this being said, I will contact the casino to shed more light on this matter.

great 🙂 ask them about details... because they will quote rules 🙂 nothing more... and you will accept this as i assume 🙂 i did not do nothing wrong lost 3 deposit 1 time won and try to withdraw and waiting for additional verification 20 days already without reason 🙂 ask them what they check so long... casino use this rules against customer to not withdraw money or delaying withdraw reason 🙂 they do this because they can.... it can happened to everybody because casino have this rules 🙂 casino never give details about additional verification only on court they give details... or no details...

Nice to meet you, Kiziorro1984! As far as I can see your withdrawal is on the additional check, we need it to make the withdrawal process safe. Terms and conditions of "Sport", paragraph 10.4. of the rules, the ROX "Sport" platform has the right to limit the possibility of withdrawing funds for up to 31 calendar days to check the account for the presence of unfair play. Methods and results of verification of gaming activities are not subject to disclosure. So, the check will be ended soon and you'll get your funds. Also, I want to draw your arrention to the fact that we do not have checks that last for 180 days, it's nonsense, maximum 31 calendar day.

As mentioned before, I understand that waiting for the verification to end can be frustrating, but the casinos are entitled to do this, it is an industry-standard. Glad to see you, Michal! We do not know the exact timescale or date, the check lasts 31 days, so the player can get the funds in 2, 15, 20 or 31 days, the deadline is 31 calendar days, the funds will be credited as soon as the check will be ended, it can happen any time and any day.

As mentioned before, I can agree with you that the whole process could be done faster or more user-friendly. Ideally, we would like this process to be completed the next day, but casinos must follow certain regulations and processes required by the licensing authority. You may not like this, and I understand that it may seem like a "waste of time" from your perspective, but I would like you to understand that these processes are there for a valid reason. None of the fair licensed casinos take the game check lightly, as well as the KYC and AML check, and nowadays all these checks within about 30 days are the industry standard, so we cannot consider the time frame as an unfair rule.

Regarding your sentence:

You can, of course, have an opinion that in your point of view the above-mentioned rules are abusive, however, we don't see it the same way. As I previously mentioned all of these checks within about 30 days are the industry standard and most casinos have if not the same, then very similar rules in their Terms and conditions that every player can see and must agree to when opening an account. Again, you might not like it and think it's abusive, but that doesn't mean it really is abusive.

For example, some banks charge their customers a monthly service fee for their bank account and some don't. That doesn't mean that the service fee is abusive, does it? Or if you submit a bank transfer it usually is processed and credited onto another account within a few minutes, but the banks usually have up to 3 days to process such payment, is that abusive?

Anyway, I still can agree with you that the whole process could be done faster and I have my fingers crossed that your verification will successfully finish ASAP 🙂

only bookies and casinos explain this that way... bank transfer can get till 5 working days xd (impossible... no fu...g impossible...) you can always check when bank transfer was commissioned by transfer number 🙂
