Hi there, I'm just a bit confused regarding the payouts, it has been going on a week, and tried many different types as advised inpay, bank transfer, never had problems in the last few years, but I keep getting told different things, it says approved then reversed then in the app it says successfully, but the funds have been reversed back to rocketplay , could you please help as I've tried just about everything, thanks so much, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, this is the first time it's happened in over 2 year's, I did notice a message when depositing saying an embedded page at mycardsecure. Com says CA is not defined, which never happened before, just wondering if this is a problem with anyone else, I have 3 payment and withdrawal methods and none of them work. To rocketplays credit they advised they are following up and will email me, but it just seems to be taking a while, thanks guru community

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thanks so much Nick, good advise I will wait 14 days, it just seemed unusual as the maximum time is usually 2 days, with the exception of weekends, Thanks again 🙂
