Rajabets is not crediting my bonus that they informed me I could claim in the email they sent me just now.


I can't activate the promo code manually it's giving me error so I asked

The chat agent to help first she said Try different browser I did that still couldn't not activate the promo code myself than she informed me the bonus event is expired.Its not even 20 minutes since i got the email and she told me it's expired lol.


Then few minutes later she informed me that the promo code was infact working and she apologized that she gave me misinformation and send me the laughter emoji lol.


These liers are so pathetic can't even hold on to their words for half an hour.

Hi Tomas,


Today I got an email from Rajabets informing me that I got 20 free spins on slot Power of God Hades and a promo code was mentioned in the mail that is "rajapogh20" it was not mentioned anywhere in the email that I needed to deposit to get the 20 free spins.


I logged into my Rajabets account put in the promo code I got in email to activate the promo code but I could not there was an error message "Promo code could not assigned to user" so I contacted the chat support to get help.


I explained the issue to the chat agent she told me to try different different web browser I tried on brave web browser but still not working then she told me to try in incognito mode I tried that as well but it didn't work.


Then she told me that the event time was over so I could not get the bonus then I asked her How could it be over when i got the promo code in my email just 20 minutes ago.


She checked something on her end than informed me that the free spins were working so I asked her if it's working than why can't I activate the bonus by typing the promo code then again she told me the free spins were not working.


Again I informed her how could a bonus event will expire just 20 minutes than she told me free spins were working she kept flip flopping and saying free spins were working and not working then she apologized for providing me misinformation and informed free spins were indeed working.


So I asked her if it's really working than why can't she activate the promo code for me since I cant do it myself after trying several times.


She kept on lying to me during the whole chat she was not even ashamed and send me laugh emoji.


So I informed them I am going to complaint to casino guru because it was quite evident that the casino was lying and trying to scam me.


If the casino doesn't want to provide the bonus than why send me promo code in email and waste my time.


Is not about the free spins I am more annoyed because they instead of telling me the truth just kept lying to me and frustrating me.


Please help me get my free spins.

There had been an internal error regarding this error code. There would be an easier solution if the user connected with us through e-mail. The Promo code was fixed back in time though the user tried to claim it after the valid date, actually, it was valid back in time. Now FreeSpins are available in the user's account.

Hi,


Thank you for your help I got the free spins now.


Why didn't Rajabets credit the free spins when I requested them to credit it manually when I was chatting with the chat support at that time.


Still the bonus code doesn't work but they credited the free spins in my account.


Why did they wait for me to complaint at casino guru before crediting the free spins??


This is unfair practice and harrasment please give the casino a feed back and adjust your rating for Rajabets they are cheats and scammers.
