The account was verified, however, based on the casino's Terms and Conditions we found out that it is not allowed to withdraw any winnings earned by using the used type of bonus from a country the player resides, and bonuses can be used for amusement purposes only if a player has not made any deposit to the casino before. The complaint was closed as unjustified.

Hello everyone, I would like to warn the players of this Casino with the following example. I registered on the site and claimed the welcome bonus, I wagered the bonus according to the terms and won $100, the casino asked to verify my account which I did. Nothing was heard after numerous inquiries. More than a month has passed and I haven't received any answers to my inquiries, the customer service chat is closed and all my winnings are unclaimed because my account is not confirmed. That I would urge you to think about whether it is worth playing at such a Casino at all. I think they are thieves.

Hi, I started my verification process with Casino about a month ago, I feel like it's been a long time. I sent them all the documents they requested and also tried to ask the customer service about the status of my account confirmation numerous times, without success. My winnings are with a bonus that was also open to Finns. I recycled it properly. Now, however, the matter has progressed so that they finally asked me to confirm my account through their casino pages and I did it just today, they successfully confirmed my account today. So this situation has progressed. Now I'm trying to withdraw my winnings, but they only had one withdrawal option so it's inconvenient, they promised to let me know within five days if there's a problem with my withdrawal. In summary, the situation has already progressed a little. And Casino is Raging Bull Slots. Maybe this will still work out. In my opinion, it's not about whether the wi nnings were won with a free bonus or a deposit, but about principle and reliable customer service.

Hi, I've been waiting for my account to be verified for a month now, ok it's done. A week ago I submitted a withdrawal request to my account. Today I found out that they need documents to confirm my withdrawal, ok I sent them to them. Now it takes about 72 hours to process the withdrawal. So I have to say that it really requires patience. I hope this matter will be resolved because my patience is running out. Why can't it be told right away that the withdrawal confirmation documents are needed, why only 7 days after the withdrawal request.

Hi, today my withdrawal request was rejected, the $100 can't be paid to me because the bonus was only for depositing players, so this is a scam so you don't have to pay a cent. Why offer new players any bonuses if their winnings are not intended to be paid? This doesn't make any sense. When I claimed that $15 free money, it was not mentioned anywhere that it was for depositing players, it was only mentioned that it was for new customers. I was looking into the casino terms and found this:


"The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip."


Could you please advise if you have claimed 2 no deposit bonuses in row? It might be a reason why was your winnings voided as you should deposit in between no deposit bonuses whether it is free cash or spins.

Hi, I had not redeemed any bonus before that bonus that I redeemed for the first time and with which I won 100 dollars, after that I tried to redeem when I was already withdrawing my winnings. Then that bonus was naturally rejected. Yes, the Casino would have been obliged to pay me that 100 dollars, because there are no reasons why that profit was not paid to me. The bonus I redeemed was the first bonus.

I also found these rules in the casino's Terms and Conditions (available HERE):

"No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)

Unless stated otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

...

Rule 8. Players from certain countries may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes only. You may view all country restrictions in this PDF document or you can download it in MS Word format to check your status."

And this is what I found in mentioned files (cropped to the most important rows):

Based on a player's geolocation and/or other restrictions, players from Finland can claim and use a No Deposit Bonus, but, they cannot withdraw any winnings from it.

Were you please aware of this rule and the list when you accepted the casino's Terms and Conditions upon registration? Was this stated otherwise in separate Bonus Terms and Conditions, valid for the bonus that you used?

Hey, this is ok. I also contacted the Casino myself and they said that Finns cannot be paid their bonus winnings, I have to be more specific the next time I choose a Casino that suits me. Thank you for your cooperation and for me this case can now be closed.
