I previously made a withdrawal for $2500 successfully, but I am waiting on seven separate withdrawals via wire transfer from Raging Bull. I made three requests on 1/24, and four on 2/4. Two have been "approved" so far, the first on 1/30 and the second on 2/5. I have yet to receive anything. I’m told repeatedly that the case will be escalated and that I have to wait some additional time frame, whether that’s 24 to 48 hours or 5 to 7 business days. Currently going on 13 or 14 business days (depending on whether you count today) from the first approval, and almost a month since I originally requested the first three withdrawals. Have spent thousands of dollars and am worried that they will stall indefinitely. At this rate, it will be around a year until I’m paid out, if it happens at all.

The first withdrawal was requested the 17th of December, approved the 26th, and I received the funds on the 17th of January. Yes, I’ve passed all of the KYC, and yes, the funds were won using a bonus, but not a no-deposit bonus. Each time, the bonus amount was removed from the account when I requested withdrawal, as per their terms and conditions.

Received 5k today, two different wires, which is odd because they claim "payment limitations" preclude them making more than one payment a week. Here are some screenshots of customer service telling me to wait 7 to 10 more business days so I can "escalate" the issue and be told to wait 7 to 10 more business days. I would have no issue if they stated that they will send a payment every month up front; I could just not play at the casino.

Sorry for misunderstanding. Most of the communication has been through their chat client because they do not answer customer service email or have a phone number. Yes I have $11,900 pending. See images. If these are insufficient I’ll have to get on an actual computer later.

Just wanted to add, I’m seeing charges reversed on a card I used to deposit. I did not initiate these reversals. This is very concerning, because it makes me think they are going to claim that they did not get the deposits when I won. From what I can tell from the name, they correspond to charges on the 29th of Jan.

Spoke to a representative from Raging Bull today, who confirmed they received deposits but would not give specifics and referred me to an email address.

I don't see an issue with the account currently, there is a note regarding the reversed deposits and there is supposed to be an email from you forthcoming regarding the subject zs7tv94cnr. But currently all looks well, two payments were issued to our 3rd party payment providers for disbursal as bank wire transfer on the 22nd of February and should be arriving shortly (up to 10 business days with wire) if they have not already. If you have further issues moving forward then please let me know zs7tv94cnr however at the moment all seems to be moving properly within the account.

Nick, thank you for the response. I appreciate your time, and I’m glad there aren’t other issues. However, I have received only two of four withdrawals requested on January 24 (more than a month ago) and none of the three requested on February 2. As far as the other issue, I have sent an email to acccountescalations@casinosupportcenters.com with proof of reversals as merchant credits, just so we are clear there. I’ve also posted images here, although they are waiting for review from casino guru, so hopefully that should be sufficient.
