The bonus structure is quite generous on the surface, especially for new users. However once I started playing I realized that the wagering requirement for no deposit bonuses is x40 which is quite steep. It took a lot of effort to even get close to meeting it. Another annoying feature is the cashback system although it's automatically received, you have to opt in manually every single week, which can be a hassle to remember. Despite these issues, I had a relatively good time playing and would consider returning if these mechanics were improved.

I was surprised when I couldn't play any of Hacksaw's games for real money (they work in demo mode though). Personally, I cannot recommend the casino.
It is important to me that the payouts are processed quickly. This is absolutely not the case here. The payout has been stuck on unprocessed status for 3 days. In my opinion, this is just a delaying method so that the money is canceled and lost.

I played at Talismania Casino and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. While I eventually received my funds, the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating, and I would strongly advise other players to think twice before depositing here.

The Issues I Faced:
• Unfair Deduction of Winnings: My winnings were deducted without valid justification, and the casino kept changing their explanation (5x withdrawal cap, wagering requirements, and finally, a "faulty sticky bonus").
• Ignored Complaint Emails: Talismania states they have a 10-day response time for complaints, yet they ignored my complaint emails for over 90 days. Despite multiple reminders and resubmissions, I never received a single reply.
• Resolution Only After Public Pressure: The only reason this issue was resolved was because I escalated it to Casino Guru and other complaint platforms. Without that, I doubt they would have acted.

Final Verdict:

While I did eventually receive my 12,000 NOK, the experience was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, refusal to answer private complaints, and ever-changing excuses make this casino one to avoid.

If you ever run into an issue with Talismania, be prepared for a long and frustrating fight.

I have now permanently closed my account and will never play here again. I strongly recommend that players choose a more reputable casino that actually respects their customers.

For example, I've been waiting for my withdrawals for more than a week and I have no idea when the said withdrawals will be paid.
