Hello dear team, i have a withdraw problem with rabona casino. I did a withdraw request at 15/7 and everytime that i ask in chat about it they tell me the same copy/paste message that my withdraw is in queue by the financial department. Casino says the processing time is 1-3 days. Like what's so difficult about it, when i make a deposit they take the money in 1 second but when its about a withdraw they will make your life so difficult for a few hundrend euros . Nobody has send me a real answer by email these days. Like i have to beg them to take my own winning money, very flustrated casino. I would be glad if you can help me out ! my account name is T******

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.
