The player from Brazil has submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings haven’t been obtained up to this day. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won more than 100 euros with the registration bonus, I complied with the betting rules.
I requested a withdrawal of 100 euros, the request was denied and the amounts I had in my account were confiscated.
I contacted support and was only informed that they do not pay the amounts for my region.
I requested the withdrawal in Bitcoins, to even avoid any problems with the banks.
Unfortunately the Casino does not pay, I believe the games are fake.
