I have made several deposits with kickers for free spins. I receive the free spins, which is great. However my balance is never credited with the funds. This has happened on 4 or more occasions.


I was previously a happy customer and have withdrawn from this casino and been a member for several years.


I have sent 3 emails, over the course of months, with no response. I also notice there is ZERO support on the site. The automated help bot is not helpful in this instance.


Perhaps if you can afford to steal money, you could afford to hire some support staff.


It is very disappointing as I was previously happy to support them.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.
