You are "Guaranteed" a "Croco boost" on Fridays of $100 if you make any deposits during the week. I played there often and when I finally won a couple hundred dollars, they suddenly took away the "boost" not only for the week that I won, but also continued to take it away consecutive weeks after that without notifying me first BEFORE I DEPOSITED that they were going to take it away from JUST ME simply because I won a TINY bit of money compared to what I’ve spent there!


I know that bonuses are up to the discretion of the casinos but to single out winners and take away WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AS "guaranteed" bonuses from them is wrong and a very unfair and unsavory practice. Fair Go Casino did the same thing After I won a couple hundred dollars there..... Stripped any bonus/loyalty/spins away from my account!


I guess it’s an "Australian" themed casino thing...but I just won a little bit of money at Ozwin casino which is also "Australian" so I guess we’ll see if they do the same thing

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for taking away your privilege receiving further bonuses. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://www.playcroco.com/bonus-terms:

"Any promotion or offer is terminable or changeable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation."

"Bonuses may be refused at the discretion of the management if abuse of promotions is suspected. All withdrawals will be audited and refused where there is suspected fraud at the casino management's discretion."

I’m not claiming that you’ve abused your privilege in the past, only suggesting that it might be a possible reason. Could you please forward all the relevant communication between you and the casino to petronela.k@casino.guru? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Right, I understand that it’s at their discretion To give out bonuses- as I mentioned in my complaint!


I just thought everyone should know that they don’t quite respond with any kind of honor or good practices as far as return business (once you have actually won) you should ask them to tell you how much I SPENT there before I won just a couple hundred dollars 😂 They didn’t have any problem with that, they just had a problem once I cashed out.


but no, I didn’t abuse any rules or do anything different than I had for months before I had won, I didn’t violate anything! I just played my deposit and happened to win.


I’m just telling everyone that once you win, you’re no longer welcome there!

There’s really no need for any further action, I just wanted to warn people that once you win, they will treat you different and take away your bonuses without notice-even the ones that they "guarantee"

so that people can choose to go to a different place that might treat you better regardless if you win or lose!
