I have read this site will be shutting down, and this is good news. The site, whilst designed to look aesthetically pleasing is morally corupt and deceptive thievery. Capping customer withdrawals on their winnings to such a dismal amount is disgusting; and whilst they say it is initially capped at $800 a day, the lengthy delays the withdrawals take means you are at best looking at $800 a week, meaning if you have won a decent prize you can expect a lengthy and frustrating wait to receive your payout - if indeed you receive it at all. I had won approx $1100, the withdrawl of the $800 into my account took about 9 days from being made. The remainder I played simply to avoid them skimming my money. They are disgusting and corrupt thieves and I am pleased they are soon out of business.

The casino hasn’t paid out my winnings - 3.000€ - for weeks. It also hasn’t responded to a complaint I filed with Casino Guru, which has been pending for several weeks now. The support chat and email support only send unhelpful, generic responses.
So unfortunately, my conclusion is that I wouldn’t recommend anyone to play here. The sad truth is: once you deposit money, it’s as good as gone — and winnings are never paid out. So hands off!

I've been trying to withdraw my Jackpot Frenzy winnings for several days now, and honestly, it's frustrating. First, they tell you they'll process it in 72 hours, then on Monday, then on Friday... and so the days go by, and the money is still being "reviewed." It's a real rip-off.
Customer service is terrible. They keep repeating the same thing, without offering any concrete solutions. They're all excuses: there are too many requests, the system is overloaded... but never a clear response or a concrete timeframe.
I've read that some people have had to wait months for their withdrawals to be accepted. That gives you an idea of how they operate. They're not trustworthy, and there's no clear information about the company anywhere, nor is there any solid regulation. They claim to be licensed in Curaçao, but we already know that doesn't guarantee much.
In short: you can win, but cashing out is another matter. I don't recommend this casino at all; it's very unreliable and not transparent.
