Anthony, a player from Canada, is complaining that the casino took $250 of his bonus winnings without an explanation. The casino refused to communicate with the player about his issue.
My position is supported by legitimate casinos and the software providers. I played there two months ago and they stole $250.00 out of my account then refused to talk to me about it even after all the evidence I from the software providers. They are insisting a buy-in or fee is the same as a bet when it is not according to other legit casinos I have been playing at for over 3 years none of them ever tried to say a re-spin fee/buy-in cost is a bet.
Then I find out their casino licence is invalid!!!! They should be shut down ANYONE advertising them should be shut down

Did the casino specify the reason why this amount was confiscated? Could you provide us with the evidence you have mentioned in your complaint (from the software providers)?
