The player has deposited money into their account, but the funds seem to be lost. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited in BTC after 3 hours the funds have not arrived.
I wrote to the chat and they told me to send the photo of the transaction, the date, and how much it amounted.
They then told me their team will work to fix this and they will email me.
