The player from the UK requested a withdrawal at the beginning of January. It has not been processed. The complaint was closed as 'unresolved' as the casino has more than 15 cases marked “No Reaction Policy.”

This site is quite cleary a scam and reading the other comments about this site i am an idiot for signing up.
You find in their terms and conditions that the withdrawal process takes 24-48 hours but once you make a withdrawal they say 7-21 working days surely that can't be legal?
I have questioned them multiple times on this and why does this time frame not appear on their website anywhere and they say they can't include all the information on the website. Even tho they have time to write "super fast payouts"
How this site is still allowed to run is unreal. Staff pick and choose when to answer live chat, number on site is for a online dating site, never had a reply from anyone via any email address I have managed to get and even when you unsubscribe to their emails they still keep coming.
Please help get me my cash and shut this shitshow down

Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 15+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.
Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved."This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.
Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice of Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate.
We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino.
Since this casino operates without an official license, I am not able to recommend any further steps. I wish I could be of more help.
