I have been playing at this casino for over a month never using a bonus but would play their tournaments mostly the free ones but never won anything. So I actually deposited 100 dollars via bitcoin in 4 seoerate deposits and happen to get lucky won over 1000.00 but I played in down to 575.00 a d even skinned after I requested the withdrawal re depositing until it was down to 300. There I held strong and I get a request for id and verification, but I first thought verify what? I used bitcoin and the whole premise in using crypto currency is not to have financial institutions all up in your shit. So I said fine sent my state issued drivers license along with a current car payment bill and a credit card statement that I made sure numbers were not visible since they wanted yo confirm my place of residence. I receive a request for a 2nd picture id ? Who carries a 2nd picture id if you don't have a passport your screwed but an obvious scam. So after reading their request it stated givernment issued id and the it dawned kn me I have a government issued medical Marijuana cardand its current with my picture but they denied that too because it was a digital card ...I tried to explain that is your only choice they stopped issuing physical cards so there I am no 2nd id so I won't get my money. I will be honest what makes it worse are people like you because this site like 99% of them have similar complaints but you guys still give them a okay review ate you being paid because this many complaints should tell you something but you over look them...its really disappointing band frustrating because these casinos are stupid and the people behind the scenes can make so much money of they ran Legit site. So rate these lovers like how they deserve to rated....black listed

None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly.

Do I understand it correctly that uploading your second picture ID seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

I received a message from the casino asking me to resubmit my drivers license from and back along with another picture of myself holding the drivers license.. I am hopeful but still skeptic. The only reason why I am hopeful is that it just doesn't make any sense if they don't pay me since they would be losing more than 200 bucks guaranteed, shoot I would have a 100 deposited pretty quick if not within hours of me receiving my requested withdrawal.
