To whom ever concerned:

As a new player got a $100 bonus and got the account little over 8k playing vegas cash and couple more games tried to cash out operator troy because i have not made a deposit could not take any out, with in seconds my balance went to $ 0 ..i did not get a chance to make a deposit. Do you think I'm going to trust this people with a deposit ever not in this lifetime.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"Player’s that have never deposited at the casino, may only make a withdrawal on any bonus, free spins or loyalty points, once a real money deposit has been made by the player. The deposit made, will not be combined with the withdrawal amount, but rather placed in the player’s account once the withdrawal has been paid out. The player will then have access to the deposit amount as a cash balance subject to all normal casino terms and conditions.

Where a player has won using their first free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of $100 applies.

Exception: To players playing from the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Greece a maximum withdrawal amount of $50 applies."
