I have won over $25,000 with Las Atlantis online casino and I tried to withdraw $15,000 of my winnings and was denied after over

a month and a half of validating all my cards I used to make deposits, multiple emails pictures, and chats with each of my banking card providers to produce this no disputes information they requested been having to open multiple Bitcoin wallets trying to appease their payout request guidelines to get paid it in Bitcoin and the weight the 3 days to receive the actual Bitcoin payout to on the very last day and process of receiving my money for them to find some made-up rule they said I violated which was betting too much on a bonus for them to say that it voids all of my winnings including all the money I had before the deposited with said violation ($14,000)!!!! I am devastated at this casino stealing my hard-earned money and tricking me into continuing playing my money knowing that I made said violation and still taking my money but not notifying me that I made a mistake or violation and then taking all the money I won previous to that also

" To honor our Responsible and Fair Gaming policies, the maximum bet size during the bonus wagering period is set to $10, unless specifically stated otherwise in the Bonus Terms of a particular promotion. Placing wagers above $10 will result in the voiding of all winnings."

Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex https://casino.guru/fair-gambling-codex-for-casinos#max-bets: The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.

Could you please clarify how much money you accumulated with the last bonus (the winnings that were supposed to be confiscated due to a violation of the maximum allowed bet)? Have you accumulated the previous winnings with or without an active bonus?
