I wanted a self exclusion for over 6 months on 20th May 2023, and I told them that I feel like I can’t control myself ( please see attached). They ignored the request of my self exclusion. So I was able to deposit more and more. I was also able to do withdrawls. So after that time of stating I wanted a self exclusion I was able to deposit 3809€ and did withdrawals over 3270€. That means I lost after my self exclusion 539€ !!!!


So because they ignored my self exclusion and I was able to deposit I got an cashback bonus over 326€ on 8th oder 9th June 2023. The day before I told them I wanted a self exclusion for 24 hours and they told me I’m able to cash out the cashback the next day but they kept my account closed.


i think they should have kept my account closed whenever I told them to close it and not close it whenever I wanted a time out again and then keep it closed and keep the cashback over 326€.


So now that they don’t reply and finding an agreement I requested the lost money back over 539€ that I have lost after I did a self exclusion on 20th May 2023.
