They don't care about customers. They lie to us. I asked 4 times to be ban, they said " wait for an admin " and 1 year later, i'm still there ! They also lied about " evolution gaming checking up my bets " and keep canceling my withdraw. But in that case, you don't send the money back to the customer so he can play again, you keep the fund and let him withdraw after everything is done. Also, they delete message in tchat if you talk about loosing. Even non toxic, just no negative casino vibe.

Doesn’t care about customers. Rude and short to begin with when asking questions. Took all money away and refused pay out or any sort of reconciliation with me being new player and having small error on bonus rules, which were extremely strict. Very delayed very slow to respond. Told me 72 hours and then still didn’t reach out until I contacted again. When asked to speak to potentially someone hire because it was a clear mistake on my part they refused.
Very high wagering requirements for bonuses and very strict rules. Very low RTP. The whole casino is unfriendly, unsympathetic to me.
