Hey, yesterday I deposited 500€ to King Billy casino and got 500€ bonus. Add to that I deposited 25€ of my own money. I had bad experience by not been able to log in for hours. After recycling the bonus amount 30 x times as required I made a withdrawal request for my full 1600€. I have no other accounts and I have not broken any given rules.


This morning I got email from mason@kingbillycasino.com that says


"With all respect from the King Billy Casino, we had to close your account due to bonus abuse. Such actions indicate a direct violation of Terms and Conditions of the online casino King Billy:

1.14. In case Casino suspects that a Player has committed a bonus abuse, either on his own, or in association with some partners, Casino reserves the right to forfeit the bonus allocated to the Player at its discretion. Bonus abuses will result in the closure of the relevant Player’s account. Casino reserves the right to withhold cash-ins and/or confiscate all winnings of the Player."


So add to that they have with injustice denayed my winnings, and add to that they dont seem to have any means to even return my deposited 525€. For me it seems like they are breaking their license terms as they wish for their own benefit, when they can assume that they are getting a way with it. I hope you can help me correct things here,

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Which exact bonus did you use to accumulate your winnings? Did the casino refund your deposit after they closed your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
