I’d been using Velobet for quite a while and was happy with it before this happened. Payments had gone through normally and I never really had a reason to complain. About three weeks ago, they asked me to verify my ID again. I sent everything they requested straight away, but since then I haven’t been able to get a proper answer about what’s going on. My emails are getting nowhere, and whenever I try the live chat, I’m simply told that my documents are still under review. Three weeks for another verification feels way too long, especially when my winnings are still sitting there waiting. What annoys me most is the lack of any clear update. I had a good opinion of Velobet before this, but after weeks of waiting and getting the same answer over and over, that opinion has changed a lot.

I have used this Casino a lot and never had a problem with deposits or withdrawels a bomnus for sure. My issues started when they changed the way you can apply for cashback as advertised in their loyalty promotion. Cashback was done via the chat box you requested and the agent credited you your bonus no problem at all. Then for whatever reason the cashback now has to be requested via a link and this was the start of the end for me at Velobet. After several failed attempts at claiming my cashback I was told cashback was no longer available and that spins would be issued instead. Utter nonsense the casino still advertises cashback on their site but their customer service team insists cashback is finished. Be aware of this false promotion. I am deeply disapointed with Velobet a casino that I trusted and used frequently only to be cheated out of my cashback and to be given low level free spins on games that I never play. I don't understand why people are so happy with Velobet! I have registered and taken the bonus. At the same time I sent exactly the same document that casino Nitro approved in 10 minutes and casino Velobet has not reviewed it for 48 hours at all! First time I've ever left a review other than on Trustpilot. I've left a massive negative review over there and felt it necessary to warn as many people as I could, on as many platforms as I could to give this site a very wide berth.
I've listed all the negatives on the TP review so I'm not going to list them all again but the main red flags are - Not accepting a full UK driving licence as proof of ID, e mails from them landing in my spam folder, no apparent safer gambling portal for deposit limits etc, allowing people to deposit when not verified but blocking withdrawals pending verification. There's many many more.
Because I have no passport, the money I deposited there is basically frozen, or to be more dramatic, stolen. They're not licenced in the UK and are obviously very very shady.
