I’m very disappointed with Unibet. I had self-excluded for life to protect myself from gambling harm, yet I was still able to deposit money again. This shows they do not take responsible gambling seriously.
Also, the RTP on many of their games feels extremely low. It’s very easy to lose money fast, and there is no transparency or warning about it. If you want to protect yourself, stay away from this casino — the combination of poor protection and very low RTP is dangerous.
I have been playing at Unibet for a long time and have had good experiences in the past. Deposits and games work smoothly, and customer support is usually nice. Unfortunately, I have now waited over a week for my withdrawal of SEK 191,000 because the verification process is taking too long.
