The player from Colorado has requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting this complaint. Their money hasn’t been received yet.
I won . my first time at kats. I had issues with them resolving proof of address because our utilities are included. and they wanted pdf of our bank accounts and card accounts. we didnt want to give them our entire account info .just for proof.. I gave them paycheck and gov documents that wasn't acceptable. but finally gave in. it was confirmed. and now it's been over a week. everytime I talk with them they say tomorrow or last night said it was coming then. never came. now today they say another 24 hours.. it's bitcoin cashapp withdrawal and they advertise its super fast. the account manager Victor last night said it was sent today they said its delayed.. I feel like I'm not going to get paid.. they just keep giving excuses.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I understand that. At kats there is people in charge of your account. I was told it was already sent. the KFC is all done and approved. It has taken me longer at other places... it is the way they are acting. Asking for a pdf o my accounts financial( For proof address) wouldn't except screenshot, said take a pic with a phone, not screenshot, did that, then said , screenshot, then pdf, then another account, the picture then pdf , then screenshot. Alot. fot proof, they are literally running me around. that makes me nervous.. and lying that it's in the blockchain. ..it's not..
