The casino isn't responding to the player's emails and has been conducting a security check for the past 5 days, further delaying the withdrawal. We received evidence that the player used a fraudulent betting strategy, so the complaint was rejected.

Hi,


I had won $99700 on fortune panda and these guys are not reverting me on mail and not allowing me to withdraw.I had even asked to allow me to withdraw my deposit but no response.Security check going on from their end from last 5 days.Attaching screenshot for the same.Earlier they were reverting once a day now they are not reverting from last 2 days. Some security check going on. I had won the money on Salon Privé Baccarat. First of all took 2-3 days for account verification and once done then now delaying withdrawl saying security check.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

But atleast support should respond.Support is not reverting to my mails and atleast allow the withdrawal for deposit amount because deposit was also of huge amount $15000.



Support had asked me for 1-2 days and it's been 5-6 days.

During deposit also they took 3-4 days to credit in my account that to after regular follow up.


Moreover first of all they delay my withdrawal by kyc process and when won frozen my account without any reason saying security check.I had asked them to withdraw atleast deposit amount also to which also they didn't revert anything.

Online chat support says to mail and on mail they revert once a day sometime no revert on mail also

Termination of user account

We reserve the right, in our discretion, to cancel your registration, withhold your account monies, suspend your account for a limited period of time or close your account if:

- You are in breach of any of these terms and conditions or any of the rules, terms or conditions set out in any of the documents referred to in here;

- You are or have been involved in or have been suspected to be involved in any fraudulent activities (read Fraud Control);


Subsequently we had to decline your withdrawals, and void all funds left on your balance. Your account has been permanently closed, with no option of re-opening it. A refund of any monies is not possible.



They has reverted this and not giving any proof and blocked my account. I had played Salon privae which is a single person table.They are blocking the accounts with giving any proof.
