Adam, a player from Australia, deposited using Bitcoin into the casino, but the money did not reach his account. He contacted the casino support, but the chat was terminated with the information that the player will be contacted in 48 hours.

I took a bonus.

It asked me how I wanted to pay.

Selected bitcoin

Page came up with the wallet address.

I transferred the funds & waited for 5 confirmations and several hours.

After contacting support 3 times who will make you wait 20 mins yet if you do not respond in a minute or so, the chat is terminated.

They told me someone will contact me in 48 hours.

Guessing that 48 hours does not include weekends so who knows when or if I will ever see the money again.

The way bitcoin works is that once confirmation is completed the funds are 100% in their wallet so they have my money.

I suspect that the support line cannot do anything other than answer the phone.

Hard to put your trust in a company when they take your money & allow such a delay in following it up.
