Played through all my requirements. Wanted to make a withdrawal. Sent in my ID. Contacted 24/7 chat numerous times. Each time they say withdrawal will work, but each time it's canceled. No follow through. I did my part and deposited money played through all wagering requirements and when it's time to withdraw, no one seems to know how to help me. But depositing is easy as 123.

Yes I passed my KYC

I had winnings with an active bonus. But even tried to pull way less $250 usd, and it still cancelled.

Have made over 5K in deposits. Never has a successful withdrawal.

My most recent was cancelled.


I was up to 11K at one point, tried to make numerous attempts, contacted customer service over 8 times in one day.


I was stalled out, until I played out all my winnings.
