The player from California was upset with the withdrawal process despite the casino's advertisement of instant withdrawals. Upon multiple inquiries, the casino had kept extending the waiting period, then stated it took 7-10 business days for approval and another 7-10 for payment. The player also complained about the casino's cryptocurrency practices, stating that they only allowed Bitcoin withdrawals despite accepting deposits in Litecoin. We advised the player to wait and keep us updated. However, the player did not respond to our further inquiries, leading us to reject the complaint.

They advertise "ISTANT WITHDRAWALS, FASTEST IN THE BUSINESS". So I've made several deposits over the course of the last 2 weeks and I tried to make my first ever withdrawal yesterday.. An hour goes by after making my request when I realize "hmm definitely not instant". So i messaged them asking why it's taking so long and they reply "it can take up to 24 hours ". So then several hours later I messaged support again and they told me "It can take up to 72 hours"... Now after almost 24 hours have passed I messaged them again and now they're telling me "It will take 7-10 business days for the withdrawal to be approved and then it will take 7-10 business days for payment to be made after approval.

These guys are fraudulent ! They don't honor their own promotions and they Lie!! I would like them to refund me for all the deposits i've made, but I know that's never going to happen. So please just process my $50 withdrawal without making me wait an eternity and then delete my account because I'll NEVER BE PUTTING ANYmore money into the hands of this criminal owned casino!!

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

file Now i have TWO withdrawals that have both been approved and i still haven't received payment for either of them.. The first one was approved on 12/14 and as you can see in the photo, i have been told over and over and over again that once a payment is approved it can take up to 72 hours for the payment to be processed. Well it's been WELL over 72 hours and the only thing i've received from them are several emails trying to convince me to make more deposits. why on earth would I ever want to make more deposits when i can't even receive payment for my winnings?? There's no deposit bonus good enough that you could offer me that would convince me to deposit more of my money when i am kept waiting to receive my winnings like this.

Sure you can say that they finally paid out my winnings after giving me the run around to delay those payments everytime. So after this complaint of mine gets listed as "resolved" i truly hope that my review of this casino that follows will be reviewed and accepted because this casino operate very poorly in several different ways. Another example is this... I have made ALL of my deposits in LITECOIN and for some reason they still ONLY allow crypto withdrawals to be made with bitcoin. So then once they finally send the bitcoin payment, they send it with an RBF wallet with the lowest possie minor fee and the incoming Btc payments received ALWAYS have unconfirmed inputs. So what does that mean? it means that they're literally setting us up, their casino players to have to pay for the outrageously high btc minor fees for our own CHILD payment to ever be confirmed along with another one of their PARENT payments to get confirmed so then they're able to avoid having to ever pay any portion of the minor fees themself. That would all be acceptable IF they didn't accept deposits in other cryptos but only process cashouts In BTC, but the fact that they do this and not allow me to withdraw litecoin, the same currency in which my deposits have all been made, all that this indicates is how shady and unprofessional these guys are in how they operate. They think they're being so sneaky and under the radar and it's f***ing bullshit!!!

file 16 hours later and still unconfirmed inputs!! I mean what are they thinking sending payments with money that they don't even have yet!?!? Isn't that called double spending!?
