Shon asked for withdrawal from a no deposit bonus and she received an email that her withdrawal was declined with the reason of multiple accounts. Later, she found out that her sister made an account in this casino from the same IP, but with different address (she was visiting).

I submitted a withdrawal and the next day they sent an email stating that the request was declined and the balance reset to zero for multiple accounts. My sister was visiting from Pa and I told her about it. She signed up using her Pa address and this caused them to ban the account. I have the email from them stating this.
