Classy Slot Casino decided to not pay out big winnings based on a rule which is predatory and doesn’t make a sense at all. The casino refuses to pay out the winnings, and, as an excuse, they use a rule stating that players can’t bet more than 30% of a single deposit. We consider this rule as predatory when the player plays without a bonus.

I requested a withdrawal of €17562.50 from Classy Slots on 21st September 2019. Today this withdrawal was rejected, stating that I had breached game rules by betting more than 30% of a single deposit. I deposited well over €100 euros that evening, in €20 at a time, and won on a €30 euro spin. 

The casino are trying to dispute my claim to my winnings, talking about Terms and Conditions and breaching policy, but I look at it this way, if this bet wasn't allowed, why would Classy Slots let me place that wager in the first place? Classy Slots let that bet happen, so they must pay out the winnings for it. I paid for it and Classy Slots took the money, so to not pay out on this is simply theft.

Thank you for submitting your complaint through our website. We are very sorry for your troubles. We consider rules like this to be predatory and always lower the rating for casinos which have them in the T&Cs.

In this case, we want to ask: Did you take any bonus before you won?

Hello, no I did not play any bonus. At least not that I know of. I tend not to with any casino because of high wagering conditions. I also received a reply to a compaint direct with the casino that basically said I breached terms so they're not willing to do anything. I don't agree with them at all about this.

 I am sorry for how this casino treated you. From our rating, you can see that they are on the bottom of the pit. They have several unfair terms in their T&Cs and aren't afraid to use them to steal legitimate winnings from the players. We are making an effort to contact the casino and explain to them that the rule they used in this case is highly unfair. Unfortunately, their terms and conditions are full of traps for the players. If they fail to pay you, we will publish the complaint which will have also impact on the rating, but as you can see they are already almost on the bottom.

I found one right contact person to the Classy Slots Casino. I would like to give it a try. I am extending the timer for another three days, and we will see, maybe I will be able to investigate whats happened.

Hello Hayleigh.

I managed to get an answer from the casino’s representative. I tried to convince him that the rule, based on which they confiscated your winnings, is predatory and should not be in their T&Cs. Unfortunately, they are not willing to pay you or change the T&Cs.

Our opinion is very simple here: If you bet over 30% and lose, they will keep your money. If you win, the casino has an excuse not to pay you. This rule creates an unfair advantage. (We are talking about real money play, the situation would be different if it was bonus play.) Because of this, we consider your complaint as justified.
