I deposited €150 into this site in good faith. The site opened and very few games loaded. The ones that did kept freezing and at £2 stake per spin some games were charging £2 but nothing happened. No spin, nothing! Just refreshed and the £2 was gone.

Every game was slow with weak old graphics. It’s only now I look and my card has been charged to WWW.MOTIONSOUND.COM and not PURPLE CASINO.

Im asking for a full refund and think the site is a scam.

£129.29 in U.K. pounds = €150 deposit.

I’ve played through my full balance.

Spins never even spun but £2 kept coming off my balance.

I’ve sent multiple e-mails and had no reply.

My card issuer has checked out this site and thinks it’s 100 a scam

UPDATE: I have now received a full refund from this site stating suspicious activity and a full refund issued.
