Bettilt Casino - Player's winnings confiscated due to rule breach.

hi bettilt just robbed 47000 from my account saying i have breached some rule 14.1.2.4 which falls under promotional terms and condition, but i have not taken any promotion , i used my own money, that was 4th deposit of the day which made a profit, when i said i have not taken any promotion so the rules you have mentioned is wrong they never bothered to reply. no mails were replied, i could contact chat they would cut as soon as i mentioned about money robbed and would tell i must wait for mail which never happened, . i have transcription of every single chat , and all mail copy . they just robbed my 47000 and i have nowhere to go, the very same day earlier i had made 3 more deposit and ost everything, one i won they robbed it from me.

my account is already verified last year in november 2022.

deposit and bonus history cant be seen through account( know it sound crazy) anyway i will send the chat to your mail, and if they give details i will send that too to the mail id you have given.

i had asked for request and i t was rejected and i asked customer care they said i will get a mail. i will send that mail copy , and thats the only mail i got i have mailed many times trying to prove i have not taken any promotion at the time i made profit. Last promotion i took closed and after that i had made almost 3 deposits on the same day. if you need i can send all mails i have sent , and for which i didn't get any replies .

As per Terms and conditions -

Any bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 24 or more (64%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36 of the 37 possible outcomes - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.

We sent mail on 24.10.2023 to customer with bet details and screenshot - one of many rounds in which player breached this rule.

Also we explained about rule and confiscation to customer in multiple mails and chats.

Those terms and conditions mentioned are for account when bonus is taken.i have not taken any bonus. The rules mentioned is 14.1.2.4 please check that rules. It's falls below promotional terms and conditions. I was playing on my money and not on promotion. So those rules are not for anyone who plays on there own money. Please ask bettilt to show above said rules under general betting rules. They can't bcoz it's not there . It's there below promotional terms and conditions only. And they say they mailed me, yes they did mail me once and after they mailed i have sent 6 mails for which none of them was replied. Even chats not replying as soon as I mentioned about money robbed. I have all chat transcription if wanted. And all mail copy which was not replied. Can bettilt say the montioned 14.1.2.4 rules are for general betting and not promotion??? I had no promotion taken. I was plainly robbed.

Here under 14.10.2.4 the rules said by bettilt is mentioned. Please check it carefully the rules are for playing in bonus money.

Tell them to prove it wrong. That's the reason when they mentioned the rules they carefully avoided putting the rules numbers.

It's simple they are showing bonus rules on account where I played my money deposit without any bonus.

In the event that a player engages in such a prohibited combination, all winnings and bonuses associated with the gameplay will be deemed void, and the player may be subject to account suspension or closure.

Also this rule is for all bets whether placed with real money or bonus.

It is never mentioned that it is related to bets placed with bonus only.

Wow here we go. Bettilt as mentioned themselves in mail and here too . The rules they mentioned was 14.10.2.4. please read there old comments and mail they sent exact word to word is from 14.10.2.4. which is proven wrong as it was for bonus and I had not taken that.

If it was there earlier too then why do you think it was not mentioned instead of 14.10.2.4???

And there is flaw here too. Rules 7.4 which they mentioned says Any outside bet spread combination on Roulette games that cover 24 or more ....

I normally bet 12 inside bets and once in a while add a set of outside bet it was always a combination never only outside bet spread at any bet not even once. My main bets were always inside bets. Very few time combined with outside bet.maximum will be spread of 12 outside bet never even once more than that. (I mean I added outside bet few time to my bet but total outside bet never was more than 12 Max forget 24) Not even once i did only outside bet spread of more than 24 numbers.

Even though they have added this new rules. I still didn't break it.

Newly made up Rules clearly says ""Any outside bet spread combination on Roulette games that cover 24 or more "" almost all my bets starts with inside bet not outside bet. Please show only one bet where I placed only outside bet spread upto 24 numbers I will give up my 47000 . Just one bet with only outside bet.

And stop adding new rules . I have taken copy of all rules and terms and conditions. So any newly added stuffs can be proved your intention.

Really?? See the mail above and see the rule number you have given and now you say it's only for sportbook section and it was me who mentioned that rules number and not you??.

I have custom care chats mentioning same rules like 6 times, ( i have all chat transcription)and forget about all those things. Just check your own message and see word to word copy paste from rules 14.10.2.4. please check yourself.

The issue we see here is that the rule implies that employing low-risk betting strategies can be considered a reason for confiscating winnings. Low-risk bets alone do not provide a player with any advantage, especially when not even playing with a bonus. There's a good chance that a player who might not be aware that this kind of betting is not welcome will end up violating the rule. We believe that the best solution in this regard is to not count low-risk bets towards wagering requirements at all or count them with a minimum contribution. If that's not a viable route, we would suggest treating each case individually. This would mean that if a player is found employing the strategy, the casino should increase the wagering requirement for them proportionally, and not allow them to withdraw before they complete it the right way.

The implication of possible confiscation of winnings only based on detected low-risk betting strategies is against our Fair Gambling Codex. We believe these kinds of rules should only be used in cases where there's a valid suspicion of money laundering. We kindly ask you to reconsider your decision otherwise we will have to close this complaint as "unresolved" which may negatively affect your rating.

this was exactly as i expected from bettilt .

the so said mail i received once mentioned rules 14.10.2.4 and now they avoid talking about it bcoz that rules are for promotion and bonus so they want to skip that,

now they came up with newly added rules of 7.4. Restricted activities. its presently added and if they want to say it was there earlier then why was it not mentioned even once in so called one mail response i got for my 10 or more mails sent, and why not in customer care chats .so if they want us to believe this rules was there the time i played why is it not mentioned in mail or customer care chats??? why was only rules 14.10.2.4 mentioned???

fun here is not just ""all winnings and bonuses associated with the gameplay will be deemed void"" they even rob the money you deposited and make it zero lol.

please show me only one bet which covers only outside bet of atleast 24 numbers. Any outside bet spread combination maximum i added was 12 numbers in outside bet and 12 inside bet for few times, i was never 24 outside combination. and if i had won outside bet which is 1 to 1 there is no choice i could make any profit . i won 100x and 500x bets bcoz they were inside bets.

i got it , they just robbed my money. its day robbery, just feeling bad to people who will be new victims who will put hard earned money and once they win it will all be gone as they stop responding through all means and we are left nowhere to go and ask anyone, bcoz they just don't care .

please see the Terms and conditions  i received from bettilt when i opened the account, where rules 7.4 was not there at all. this was just added newly. every other thing is still the same expect rules. 7.4 ..

Dear GAGAVISION, I have tried to contact the casino affiliates but there hasn't been any acknowledgment of the issue we have raised so we will have to close this complaint as "unresolved". I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach.
