I am filing this complaint against the online gambling site BC.Game. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue dating back to [Withdrawal Submission Date 2023/09/09].

Support Responses: requested verification and Submitted required documents for verification.

No response to my messages .

After I completed the verification, the site canceled all my profits and bets, and there was no longer any money in my account.

We have already successfully closed this case in December 2023 on another platform. I will provide the same details here as well.



This individual's wagers, along with the resulting winnings, were invalidated due to their exploitation of erroneous odds.


On the specified date, their attempt to withdraw funds was declined, and as a consequence of the invalidated wagers, the system deducted the corresponding funds.


A substantial sum was withdrawn by the player before our sports provider notified us of this.


It is suspected that the sole intent behind creating this account was to take advantage of inaccurate odds with the intention of subsequently closing the account—a tactic commonly employed by such exploiters.


To summarise the financial activity:


Total deposits: $1,523.56

Total withdrawals: $2,500


The account is locked.


Upon a thorough review of the account activity, it has been observed that the user's withdrawal request of $900 was reversed and credited back to their account due to an unspecified issue with the withdrawal process. Subsequently, the user engaged in various betting activities, including wagers on our sportsbook, as well as participating in games like Mines, Crash, and Classic Dice.


As of October 1st, the user's account balance was depleted. Following this, the user contacted our support team to request self-exclusion, leading to the account being locked in compliance with their request. Should the user express a desire to reactivate their account, they are encouraged to inform us, and our team will provide the necessary assistance to facilitate this process.

Thank you for your response, but my complaint has not been resolved because the money you claim I spent on games is actually the money I deposited into my account in October. The money I am referring to was removed from my account because you canceled all my bets on sports games.

Attached is an image that clearly shows all my bets were canceled and that $900 disappeared from my account after canceling all bets in September. Please look at the image.



Additionally, I have been sending you emails for about 7 months requesting to reactivate my account, but you have not responded. Furthermore, the website bc.game is risking its reputation over a small amount of $1,340."
