On 05/09/2024 I had made withdraw 400 usdt and 50 usdt left in my account, suddenly been logout when I try to logging it said my account risked and need to send info to support team email , I had send email on 05/09/2024 provide all the information, until now I don't get any reply, and my account still locked , urgent unlock need it, I need to pay my bills!

And lossed few thousand Usdt already, I confirmed my email verification, also I spoke to live support team this afternoon they told me resend email and make priority for that I should get reply today if not then seem like scam, I will update you tmr aswellfile

I still get no reply from support team, I contact live support yesterday and told me wait another week, two live support told me two different story, very upset and disappointed need fund to pay my medical bill, bcgame holding my withdraw 10 days already and locked my account for no reason

As I can check the user has been prohibited from using our services. User has more than 40 accounts which is clearly a breach of our terms and we will not be able to provide any assistance to the user any further.

I received evidence from the BC.GAME team confirming their claims. I have also checked the General T&Cs and I found this:

5. Prohibited Uses
5.1. PERSONAL USE. The Service is intended solely for the User’s personal use. The User is only allowed to wager for his/her personal entertainment and may not create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of collusion and/or abuse of service.


I am sorry, but by creating more than one account in the casino you violated one of the casino's terms and conditions and we are unable to assist you. The vast majority of online gambling establishments only allow users to open and actively use one account, therefore we believe the casino acted reasonably by confiscating your winnings and closing the account.

Due to the aforementioned reasons, this complaint will now be rejected. Thank you for your understanding, I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino in the future.
