I had deposited 6500₹ on batery on 29 may via IMPS mode , it's not credited in my act till today i m raising complaint i.e 7 of july.

I had contacted and raised issue many times on 5 July they said as per operator they didn't recieved this amount ...I already shared exact screenshot by my bank operator with them on 29 may along with complaint where completely everyone see that amount sucessfully credited to their bank account & even customer care cleary mentioned that too in chat Still they are denying.

Everything is 100% correct & match..

i reverified many times & even in customer chat i clearly tell them to check screenshot i shared & match with your imps deposit act no. bt no assistance given to me & no refund in bank as well.

Unfortunately, we will need more details that the payment was sent to the casino. From the screenshots you provided us with, I can't see the evidence that your transaction was sent to the casino. If the payment never reached Batery Casino, I recommend you contact your bank and request a refund.

Batery has removed IMPS deposit option from their website ,


& i already contacted bank they sent payment was sucessfull to provider & even the app which i used to send already shared screenshot mentioned payment was sucessfull


Txn via IMPS method sent instantly to provider bank without any delay , bank & provider both confirms payment is succeeded...


they removed provider now wt should i do...i have my complaint screenshot with batery on same date of my txn to batery.

Could you please send me your bank statement from the date of the deposit until today to veronika.l@casino.guru? This will serve as evidence that the funds left your account and were not refunded.

I would like to also warn you that once you request a chargeback from your bank, it may cause trouble in the future with other casinos.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Batery Casino. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion. The casino sent us the following email:

In order to solve this issue further, we would like to request Shubham to share his Batery account ID with Veronika along with a deposit transaction screenshot so that she could share them with us to process it.

Please note the following requirements for the transaction screenshot; The screenshot should contain the following information: Sum, Date and Time of the deposit, full recipient's wallet number/bank A/C no, Transaction ID, UTR/RRN, UPI number.

We expect your cooperation to solve this issue as soon as possible!

I had sms again my bank for refund on 9 aug & they shared same RRN no. which is sucessfull at their end & for checking at their end on next level they are asking bank statment of provider's end from date of txn till today as shared in screenshot

As per your account details, the solution do this issue was provided already in the request 10954250 on 05.07.2024. However, upon your request our payment specialists checked and investigated this issue as a completely new issue and came to the same conclusion upon repeated occasions.


As per our specialists the payment was not received on the provider's side. Hence, we request you to kindly contact your bank and ask for a refund for this transaction, as was suggested on 05.07.2024 before.

Bank is asking for provider side bank statement to issue refund..


request u plz provide provider side bank statment from date of issue till current i already attached bank side screenshot above when i ask for refund.

it's upon you now if u share bank statement then i will get refund otherwise my money got lost....because bank saying sucessfull u said provider not recieved.

If you genuinely made the deposit to Batery Casino and the transaction was lost, I recommend contacting your bank to request a chargeback. You do not need a bank statement from the casino to initiate this process.
