The player from United Kingdom had her bonus winnings capped.
I deposited and received bonus. I have played with the bonus and won. I have met the wagering requirements which is 30 x and then went to withdraw. I was only allowed to withdraw 750 us and then was charged 38 us to do so. I was asked for ID which I had already done previously. Then asked for credit card details which I hadn’t deposited with. Then I was asked for a photo and to make a comment on my winnings apparently as part of the t’s and c’cs which I have done also. I’ve been told they only look at withdrawal on a Wednesday. I have checked the transaction report and they have put 509 us bonus back into my account and now my withdrawal is 288 us 38 us is the payment to withdraw. I have sent email and had no reply. What can I do I actually won over 4000 us.

Thank you very much Amanda for providing all the necessary information via email. I will now transfer your complaint to my colleague Matej who will be at your assistance. I wish you best of luck and hope to see your problem being resolved to your satisfaction in the near future.
Hello Amanda.
From your emails, I discovered that they are (from some unknown reason) splitting the payments into smaller amounts.
That's why they changed the withdrawal to $288. You should wait until the first payment arrives and then make another withdrawal. Let us know in case of troubles.
Yes they are doing the smaller payments, which is wrong. I’m presuming they don’t have some sort of licence. So smaller payments will fall under the radar maybe.
I am thinking the same. My advice: you should withdraw the money, close your account and play elsewhere.
Best what you can do is to find a casino with a good license and rating.
I don't know Amanda how we can help you in this case. Just withdraw all your winnings and close your account.
We considering splitting the payment as predatory.
There is no sign that the casino is splitting payments on their website, there is no warning for the players.
If you agree I would close this case as "Against Fair Gambling Codex" - as a warning to other players to avoid this website.
