The player from India had his withdrawals allegedly sent to a different account. He has multiple accounts so we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified.

24betting.

Withdrawn 2 transaction have not credited to me and giving fake reason that amount credited.. I have shared bank statement as well.


Everytime this customer care people ask us to wait for 24hours for resolution but that resolution never came.. finally someone support manager called me and saying it is credited to some other account.. is that my fault to accept.. user detail and contact no are not matching and how these guys can credit to different account.. these guys are doing fraud or if really they have credited to different account then why they are not sharing the credit details to me.. I have requested to share the account details and contact no to whom they have credited.. I need to file a case in cyber crime..


It is not small amount to ignore

Thank you very much for submitting complaint. I’m sorry to hear about the issue.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

Could you please forward your payment receipts along with any relevant communication to petronela.k@casino.guru or upload it here when replying? Have you deposited any funds in this casino in the past?

Firstly I will say it is not deposit issue.. it is withdrawn issue.. 25000/- it is not credited to my account.. the 24betting claiming it is already deposited.. but I have shared the bank statement to them but they are stating it is credited to different account which is not mine. Assuming that from 24betting team have changed the account and credited themself and now claiming it is credited.. it is clearly non secure application..

Have you changed recently the preferred payment methods for withdrawals? Were you advised to which account the winnings have been sent?

No I have not changed and the account no which they have credited name and contact no as well not matching..


It is purely unsecure and they have credited to some other account and asking me to take credit..


My all the deposit and withdrawn as happened only from one account which is icici bank..
