How long exactly is the withdrawal pending? Since when exactly are you fully verified - why did you receive the confirmation? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your winnings?

I have not used any bonus, I am awaiting verification from March 6, we count on sending emails asking for documents that they will check within 3 days, after the third day they send me another email that the documents have been viewed and sent to the competent department, after 3 days I receive emails of additions etc. etc. etc.
