Won money from a free bonus. Eagered the required amount. After wining i withdrawed. Didn t let me. Contacted support. Got told i breached terms of service over 5eur bet. They were onky a few bets, whoch they didn t mwntion in the email to begin with. Also they told that the bets over 5eur don t count, which they didn t, not that the whole bonus was lost. Wasted time and got scammed. I saw online many other people with similar experiences i hope everyone gets their money back. They have multiple casinos

4.There is a maximum bet amount per round using Bonus Funds equal to $/€5

The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time. Hello i have replied depper in the forum.


1.They have fake reviews on trustpilot. Check the 1 star reviews.

2.They closed my account for no reason and they don t respond.

3.they should ve stopped letting me play if bonus wasn t redemable - they letted me play and after that they rejected my withdrawals.

Since you have confirmed that you placed bets exceeding the €5 limit and failed to provide all the required evidence and information (even though I asked multiple times and gave you more than two weeks to do so), we are unable to proceed with this complaint in your favor. We can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.

I would kindly advise you to review the terms thoroughly when claiming any future bonuses to avoid such issues.
