My email is blocked by yabbee casino email provider. So I ask to yabbee casino to change my email on my account but I need to send my driver license on a selfie and a proof of residence.. So I send a mail with all the information to update and approve my account so no answer since 1 week.
They confirm reception of my mail but no answer no update on my account.
So I cant withdraw because I need to answer to a mail that they send on my address blocked.

I send all the documents so my driver license, an invoice for proof of Adress and a selfie with my driver license. I sent it on August 8
