I can’t with a clear conscience recommend fieryplay casino with the experiences I’ve had with them. I will start by saying I had some great wins, but when you try to withdraw it takes a long time, they also leave the withdrawal amount in your active balance for a long period of time seemingly to try get you to play through it. The customer service has solved 1 out of 10/16 problems I’ve had while on site so they are useless. I have over €10 thousand worth of real money bets on the site in less than a month. I have received 1 €200 no wager bonus and 4 €20 x40 wager bonuses which really shows how much they value anyone with a high level of play. They don’t really want genuine customers as their rewards show. The player level up system is also very very hard to work through. You only receive 1 point for every €5 spent compared to other sites that offer 1 to 1. I have gambled on different sites for the last 12 years and this casino by far is the worse for looking after customers. I would not recommend it to any serious gamblers
