I cannot recommend FieryPlay Casino based on my experience.
I have experienced repeated deposit issues where money was successfully transferred from my payment provider and shown as completed, yet the funds never appeared in my casino account. Instead of investigating properly, customer support kept sending the same automated responses and asked me to wait, despite clear proof that the payment had already been received on their side.
Customer support quality is poor. Getting a clear answer is extremely difficult, and every issue seems to require long waiting times without any meaningful updates. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
The bonus system is also disappointing. Promotions appear attractive at first, but when trying to use bonuses or free bets, the terms and explanations provided by support are often confusing and inconsistent.
