The player from the US is dissatisfied she didn’t receive any bonuses and that there were transaction fees deducted from her winnings. Unfortunately, we were forced to reject this case, because the casino has the full right to decide who is eligible for their bonuses, and transaction fees and exchange rate fees are both something the casino cannot influence.

I am a VIP PLAYER, have deposited a lot of money and had to make costly foreign transaction fees in order to play. The casino was gracious enough to reimburse me for them but since that time I have made 5 deposits and was not given any bonuses for them (after I Lost all my money by the way). I feel like the reimbursements for the foreign translation fees should not have been held against me. I probably will not be playing there much after this!☹️😡

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. Even though I understand your point of view, please understand, that each casino has a different bonus policy and rewarding system. A bonus is something like a gift from the casino that the casino can decide whether you are eligible for receiving them or not.

Also, I would like to point out, that transaction fees are often deducted by the bank (international transaction fees and/or currency exchange fees), and there is nothing what casino could do about it.
