The player from Germany has requested withdrawals two weeks ago. They haven’t been received yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I have on 06/02. requested a payment of 150 euros and on 03.06. a payout of € 30.
I haven't received anything yet.
On June 10th I was in contact with wildz via chat, they wanted my bank statement to see if I really hadn't received the money. I sent it immediately and it said I was receiving an email. I haven't heard anything so far.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawals approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.
